Rental Terms & Conditions
*Off peak 1st October – 28th February / Peak time 1st March – 30th September.
Before we book any rental, we need to complete a licence check on the driver(s). There are restrictions on points, convictions and minimum age requirements.
It’s £100 to secure your dates (£200 for a week or more) and this is taken off the final hire balance on the day. This is non refundable if you cancel.
We do require a £1000 damage deposit paid by bank transfer or PayPal on the day, from the drivers account. Upon the van being returned undamaged and clean this is returned straight back to you.
There is a 150 mile per night limit and any excess is charged at 30p per mile.
The van must be returned the same time the van was collect. For example if you collect the van at 10am on collection day, it would need to be returned 10am on your final day. However, we do have a late return option where there van can be returned up until 12pm for £25 or up until 6pm for an additional £50.
On the day of collection we require the driver to bring their driving licence and 2 proofs of address’ such as a utility bill and a bank statement (both the address’ must match the licence for the insurance). This price only covers one driver, it’s an additional £10 per night to add another driver to the policy. We do recommend these being sent I’ve prior to hire, as we wouldn’t be able to insure you on the day if these are incorrect. If you require the full list of what is accepted please ask.
